By creating an account, viewing videos and making a purchase or using our Services, you accept this agreement and consent to contract with us electronically.

 

The creator, producers and distributor of masterdingonline.com site will not be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any injury which may arise as a result of following the instructions given in the videos.

Viewers engage in these activities at their own risk. When in doubt, always consult your doctor for advice.

 

A. Registration​

1. You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account.

2. If you are an entity other than a natural person, the person who registers the account or otherwise uses our Services must have the authority to bind the entity. In this context, “you” means both the entity and each person who is authorized to access the account.

3. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information you summited are accurate and kept up-to-date.

4. As an account holder, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including unauthorized activity. You must safeguard the confidentiality of your account credentials. 1. We offer free (Basic) memberships and paid subscription plans that allow you to upload video content. Advertised prices and features maybe subjected to change.

2. The service is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the service will be free of defects and/or faults.

3. We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.

4. Subject to the terms hereof, we grant you access to our subscription plans. You can live stream videos to view on your purchase subscription plan.

 

D. Website and Intellectual Property Rights

1. Even though we have made this Website available to you for your use, however we may modify, withdraw or deny access to this Website at any time.

2. This Website and all the materials contained in it are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright, and either belongs to us or licensed to us to use. 

3. You may not archive, reproduce, copy, distribute, offer for sale or in any other fashion re-use such material unless otherwise indicated on the Web Site or unless given express written permission to do so by us.

E. Liability to you

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Website or any information contained therein.

2. The creator, producers and distributor of masterdingonline.com will not be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any injury which may arise as a result of following the instructions given in the videos.

3. Users engage in these activities from the Website and its content at their own risk. If in doubt, they must see their doctor to seek medical advice.

4. We are only liable to you for losses which you may suffer as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions by us. We are not responsible to you for any losses which you may incur which were not a foreseeable consequence of us breaching these terms and conditions, for example if you and we could not have contemplated those losses before or when you access this Website.

F. Payment

1. All videos are based on subscription plans and must be paid before viewing

2. The price for each subscription plan on the website may be subjected to change from time to time.

3. Monthly plans for a 30-day period is automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled beforehand, to the extent as permitted by applicable law. Usage limits do not roll over.

       NOTE:

      Remember to cancel your subscribed plan at lease 10 working days before the expiry date by emailing us of

      your intend if you no longer  wish to renew your monthly plan, otherwise your plan will automatically be

      renewed and charged.

    4. Any plan purchased CANNOT be transferred or swapped to another subscription plan.

G. Cancellation:

1. You can cancel you plan anytime subjected to our refund policy by emailing us: info@masterdingtaichionline.com

2. It is your responsibility to cancel your plan on this website by giving us appropriate notice so as to allow us time to terminate your monthly plan : Monthly plan - at least 10 working days notice before the expiry date.

H. Refund Policy

1. Subject to the terms hereof, subscribers who purchase monthly plan may cancel and receive a full refund

       of their initial purchase within five (5) working days after purchasing a monthly plan. Please note that

       NO REFUND is available after the 5 days period has expired.

I. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by and construed

    in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and Tai Chi Worldwide Limited and you agree to submit

    to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
